Beef Kabobs

I got this recipe from our old neighbors in Gardner, Kansas, Luis and Elaine.
They are native Brazilians and can do a mean barbecue!
What you need:
2 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 c. water
little bit of oregano and nutmeg
little bit of black pepper
chopped cilantro and green onion
salt - in the mix before you put on the grill
beef chuck roast

Mix everything together except the salt.  Just add that a couple minutes before putting the meat on the skewers.
Marinate the beef for 2-3 minutes.
Soak skewers in water. 
Put beef on skewer.  You can put green onions and peppers on too if you want.
We forgot to get those, so we just did beef tonight.
Now you just throw them on the grill.
Here they are all done.  Yummy!
