30 Day Shred

Keriann and I have been shredding!  We started on March 26th and are going strong.  One week later, on April 2 we moved up to level 2.  Then yesterday moved up to level 3.  There are three levels that get harder as you go.  I am hoping for some big results!  We've been going to spinning four days a week too.  Here's to working out and getting shredded:)

Okay, so be honest, how hard is it on your knees???? I've been wanting to get this for a while, but I've read a lot of reviews saying how hard it is on the knees? How do you like it so far??
