Wow! That’s definitely an improvement! Your new roof looks absolutely great! From these pics, it looks like the workers didn’t take very long to get that awesome new roof on. Congratulations! It’s really a beautiful roof.

The new blue roof really looks great! That pop of color really brings out the color of the frontage of the house! And I agree with Kip – doesn’t seem like it took too long at all. Maybe within the same day? Congratulations on your new roof!

That new roof color is beautiful! It stands out, and it makes the white of the walls on the upper level pop and look almost pristine white. It also goes great with the light mocha colors of the lower levels. It must’ve been a short job, all things considered. Congratulations on the new roof!

That’s a really beautiful color to have on your roof! It really stands out. I’ll bet you’d be able to see that house from a mile away! What roofing material did you use? I can see shingles, but what kind of shingles? They look like they must be asphalt. Am I right?

You've selected a good color for your roof. It definitely made your house stand out in the neighborhood, it’s now more distinct, and it now has that vibrant personality. Well, just don't forget to check on it every day, so that you'll know if it needs to be cleaned or repaired.

Great! I love the color of your new roof, Kaylan! :D Your house looks more beautiful with its new roof. Just be sure that you clean and maintain it regularly to be able to go beyond your roof’s life expectancy. Remember, even simple maintenance can prevent you from spending a lot of money on roof repairs. Congrats again on the new roof!

Wow. Congratulations! Is that a blue roof? It does look cooler on the eyes, and it’s a more refreshing color too. It really goes well with your home’s white exterior. Don’t forget to always maintain/checkup roof to clear debris as early as possible and prevent your roof from getting damaged.

It looks like the entire exterior was transformed. I see this as an overall makeover. The whole area looks better, and not just your roof! I’d like to suggest that trimming down some of the branches from that tree will do well. Just cut the branches to the extent that they can’t reach your roof as it might lead to expensive repairs if they break. =)

Wow, what a difference a change of colors can make! The new blue roof makes the brown of the fa├žade look and feel richer. That’s a really beautiful color, by the way! It makes the white of the 2nd floor really pop. How long did the entire job take?

Yeah, I agree with all the comments above. You have great taste, Kaylan! The blue roof really goes well with the exterior colors of your house! By choosing the right color, your roof can enhance and redefine your home to look more appealing. And, you chose right! You house really looks wonderful when viewed at a distance. I’m sure a lot of people will be staring in amazement every time they pass by your house. Great job! ;D

I’m impressed with the transition of photos, from the delivery of the materials, up to the outcome of the renovation! It’s like everything was done in a jiffy. =) How long did it take to complete the project, by the way? Allow me throw in some friendly advice: Doing regular maintenance is the only cost-effective way to make your roof last for decades. =)

Cleaning the gutters and downspouts in the late fall, after the trees have shed their leaves is always good, since you can expect fewer leaves to fall after that. ;) Kudos on the job on the roof! Great color too! Always remember that maintenance is better that repair.

I agree with all the compliments on the roof color! Blue is one of the best colors for a roof because it really stands out. Most people go for white, or red, or gray. How long did it take for the old roof to come down and for the new one to go up? I bet the construction was a bit noisy, haha!

Great job with the roof! I agree with Mr. Boughner that maintenance is better than the whole repair. So keep an eye on that roof. You’ll need to keep an eye for your roof for signs of termite activity if you live in an area that is prone to termites or carpenter ants. Soft spots, shredded wood, or insect feces are telltale signs of an infestation.

Allow me to jump on the bandwagon here and compliment you on your stunning blue roof! How quick did the workers put it up, by the way? I know roof renovations can be very noisy, so the sooner it’s done, the better!

Becky Steele said...

I too, agree with Mr. Boughner :) It would definitely cost you less on maintenance than to do a big repair. It is advisable to befriend your local roofers and to setup a scheduled yearly inspection. Keep in mind that they appreciate repeat businesses, so they’ll likely get the job done when you ask for their services. Oh, and good job on the roof! The color definitely livens up the whole house :)

I hope it didn’t take too long for your beautiful new blue roof to go up! Roof construction can be pretty noisy and messy, so the least amount of time it takes to do, the better! To maintain that beautiful color, you should schedule regular maintenance of your roof, especially during wetter seasons.

Willie Norman said...

I agree with Becky. You should schedule regular maintenance and befriend roofers in your area. It would be advantageous for both parties. Also, when you have already established a relationship with your roofers, you can ask for discounts on future arrangements.

It looked better not only because it was new, but also because your design choice was better than before! The design lifts up the other colors and adds more life to your house as a whole.
